Program Manager Compliance Platform

Program Manager – Compliance Platform (Inovaare) with a strong Healthcare domain background to lead large, multi-track compliance and regulatory programs. The role supports healthcare payer and provider organizations by driving enterprise compliance initiatives across Inovaare and related regulatory platforms, ensuring regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing compliance and regulatory platforms (Inovaare preferred), leading transformation programs in payer or provider environments, and coordinating cross-functional teams across compliance, business, technology, and vendor ecosystems.
