Key Responsibilities:

Define Program Scope and Milestones: Define, scope, and oversee the successful execution of the integration program, establishing clear objectives, critical path milestones, and success criteria.

Manage Integration Strategy: Manage and govern the strategy for data analysis, mapping, and migration, ensuring alignment between Client’s asset data structures and bank’s target systems of record.
