Job Summary:
The impact you will have:
- In this role, you will help deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for all new hires in our engineering organization leveraging your experience supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-quality onboarding programs designed for scale.
- In close partnership with a Sr. Learning & Development Program Manager and reporting to Manager, Learning and Development, you will manage program logistics and communication to drive program outcomes.
The impact you will have:
- Manage global coordination of weekly onboarding program for 800+ new hires annually
- Maintain program documentation including Wikis, process maps, reports, and more
