Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the local service organization to deliver exceptional services, exceeding customer expectations and meeting financial goals. Manage a portfolio of contracts and lead a team of Field Service Supervisors and Technicians in partnership with Honeywell subcontractors. Ensure delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services in compliance with contract KPIs, SLAs, and both Honeywell and customer requirements. Manage services related to BMS Controls, Chillers, Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, Security and Access Control Systems, and Water Treatment. Skills and Qualifications: Building Services Experience : In-depth knowledge of field service operations and financial processes. Supervisory Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Organizational Skills : Strong prioritization and conflict resolution abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
