ActioNet has an immediate opening for a Program Manager with 7+ years of experience leading IT, procurement, logistics, and network infrastructure initiatives; wireless network experience is preferred.The Program Manager will lead execution and scaling of a Telecommunications Utility and Grid initiative supporting large-scale telecommunications infrastructure modernization and sustainment operations.This role integrates outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) telecommunications infrastructure modernization, governance alignment (Roles & Responsibilities framework), sustainment operations, facility power integration, and deployment of an Operational Digital Twin (ODT).
