Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Claims FWA Program Manager for a leading insurance project in Malaysia.
This is a senior-level opportunity focused on driving enterprise-wide fraud strategy, strengthening claims governance, and leveraging advanced analytics to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years in Insurance industry
- Strong experience in Claims / Fraud / FWA / Risk Management
- Expertise in Fraud Analytics, Data Mining & AI/ML concepts
- Proven experience in enterprise program management
- Health or General Insurance experience is highly preferred
- Work closely with senior leadership & business stakeholders
- Drive data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics
- High-impact role in a fast-paced insurance environment
