Client: Our client is a cybersecurity company that offers various services (such as penetration testing, monitoring, security and compliance assessments, etc.) and operates worldwide. They have recently acquired various other companies and are in the process of unifying tools and processes among their recently bought business units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, define, and implement PMO processes, procedures, and reporting in alignment with industry best practices and audit requirements
• Assist in developing and managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Manage resource planning and monitoring across multiple integral programs, with a focus on interdependencies
• Lead a team of PMOs to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop, implement, and maintain key PMO processes, reports, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
