Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager – Manufacturing Operations to serve as the central coordination point between Procurement, Production, Packaging, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
The role is responsible for ensuring that production plans are executed on time, materials are available when required, packaging readiness is maintained, manufacturing yields are optimized, and finished goods are delivered OTIF (On Time In Full).
This individual will not directly manage these functions but will drive alignment, accountability, visibility, and execution across all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can manage multiple stakeholders, and uses data to drive decisions and solve problems.
