About the Role

As a Program Manager – Microsoft Growth, Azure you will work with a portfolio of new and existing Pax8 Microsoft partners who are committed to growing their Azure‑focused customer base. In this role, you will drive partner acquisition and activation across the channel to enable partners to service SMB customers at scale.

What Makes This Role Exciting

You will consult with MSPs on Microsoft designations and profitability, lead acquisition‑focused initiatives such as blitz weeks and webinars, and actively engage MSPs to stimulate growth activities. You will ensure partners are effectively leveraging Microsoft incentives and marketing funds to drive customer acquisition, support opportunity qualification and customer wins, execute go‑to‑market strategies for high‑propensity sales cohorts, and participate in Microsoft‑led SureStep initiatives such as Summits and Bootcamps.
