Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 1 to join their team. This is a **Program Manager/Business Program Manager** role supporting the customer success organization. The primary responsibility is to work directly with **Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs)** to drive execution of strategic initiatives.
Rather than managing software development, this person acts as the bridge between program leadership and the field organization—communicating new initiatives, ensuring CSAMs understand what's required, securing their commitment, and following up until execution is complete.
