Program Manager

6 month contract + extensions

Hybrid 2x per week in Toronto

Pay: $105/hr incorp

Must Haves:

• 6–10+ years of experience managing large, complex technology or digital programs
• Strong experience driving end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams
• Proven ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones within complex environments
• Experience managing program financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and change control
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and external vendors
