**Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)**
**_Diverse CCRC Setting: Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient_**
**Location: Vi at Grayhawk - Scottsdale, AZ**
**Pay: State range up to $55 per hour (Based on status, experience, & location)**
