Summary This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), Uncrewed Systems Operations Center, with one vacancy in Gulfport, MS. Responsibilities As a Program Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Provide a structured, project management approach to funded Uncrewed Marine Systems (UMS) projects. Provide program support, coordination, and analysis. Establish program objectives and units of measure for determining when objectives have been met. Develop plans, tasks, milestones and schedules to ensure tracking of processes and costs. Review and analyze proposed costs, program development, and performance. Perform program evaluation and reporting. Review program/project to determine mission operations and the directions and schedules are accomplished in a timely manner.
