Program Supervisor (PUBL EDUC SUPV 2)

Under the direction of the CalWORKs Director, the Program Supervisor provides independent leadership in the day to day operations and long range implementation of UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education Human Services CalWORKs programs and contracts. This role is responsible for overseeing the full delivery of CalWORKs workforce development, training, and organizational development services for participating California counties.The Program Supervisor manages the development and coordination of CalWORKs specific training, including welfare to work training, employment services training, leadership development, coaching, technical assistance, and program support activities designed to strengthen county CalWORKs practices and outcomes.
