• Support resident and family councils.
• Maintain a calendar of recreational and social activities that support the interests, needs, and cultural diversity of residents.
• Coordinate/facilitate recreation programs, special events, outings, and entertainment.
• Coordinate the Volunteer Program including student and co‑op placements.
• Coordinate religious and spiritual program opportunities.
• Respond to resident or family member concerns and ensure appropriate action is taken within decision‑making authority or bring to the attention of the Administrator.
