Job Summary

:

In this role you will support the delivery of wayfinding projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation. The role ensures effective communication between stakeholders and contributes to timely, quality outcomes by applying established processes and providing reliable administrative and logistical support.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate wayfinding activities to support the sequencing and delivery of capital works across the Airport estate.

  • Prioritise work activities to ensure alignment with the program schedule, site access requirements, and operational constraints.

  • Contribute to the development of project interface plans, ensuring wayfinding considerations are incorporated early in planning stages.
