Program Overview

Over the course of two years, the trainee will immerse in our business, learning how everything operates in practice and contributing actively to the sustainable growth of Air Liquide. The program features a job rotation model with four 6‑month rotations, giving a complete view of our value chain under close guidance from industry‑leading leaders.

Responsibilities

The trainee will delve into the patient‑care journey in home‑care settings and will have space to propose and implement improvements focused on efficiency, innovation, and performance.
