Location: Bukit Batok Job Category: Administration Posting Date: 24 Dec 2025 Job Responsibilities OBJECTIVE(S) To support the work of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) and assist in fulfilling the objectives of the AAC and its intended purposes as stipulated by the AIC/MOH and management. To engage the community seniors living within the vicinity of Bukit Batok Nursing Home. To keep the community seniors healthy and independent in the community as long as possible. To refer the community seniors to appropriate healthcare services or agencies as required. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Programmes and Activities To conduct outreach activities to know our seniors in the assigned service boundary, and to support any outreach events and programmes. To conduct/support the implementation of active ageing programmes for the targeted seniors, and encourage active participation from the seniors.
