Programme Executive

Job Scope : To assist the Centre Manager in the overall daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre.
Job functions: - To coordinate support services and organize inter-generational activities for the seniors in the identified blocks within the service cluster - Ensure that the programs and activities meet the performance indicators and operating guidelines issued by AIC and preparation of reports - To mentor and motivate a team of AAC staff and volunteers - Befriending and Buddying of identified seniors - To conduct regular outreach to the seniors in the identified blocks - Establish and motivate seniors to run mutual help groups - Preparation and submission of internal and external reports - Supervision and manning of the Alert Alarm System - To maintain and update Information and Referral Service record and follow-up actions - Assisting seniors with letter reading, handphone issues - Up-keeping of facilities and equipment provided in the centre Qualification & Experience : 'A' Le...
