Programme Manager, PA

At the People’s Association (PA), we spark and nurture community participation for a caring and united Singapore. As PA continues to transform and enhance digital services for residents and grassroots communities, we are seeking a dynamic IT Programme Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of resident‑facing digital platforms and initiatives.

Lead and oversee the residents engagement programme. Establish and monitor performance metrics, resource allocation, and programme roadmaps to optimise team output and impact. Develop and implement best practices for resident engagement lifecycles, from intake to delivery and post‑engagement review leveraging established Programme Management methodologies, e.g. PMI. Foster a collaborative environment within the programme, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, applying agile principles and continuous feedback loops.
