Job Role Description The Programme Manager oversees the strategic conceptualisation, management, and quality assurance of youth mental health and recovery-oriented programmes that promote empowerment, resilience, and community integration. The role provides leadership and supports other Programme Managers, ensuring alignment to organisational standards, programme fidelity, and best practices in youth engagement and mental health support. The Programme Manager spearheads the design and development of innovative youth mental health initiatives, while leading engagement efforts with youths, community stakeholders, schools, partners, and volunteers to strengthen ecosystem collaboration and continuity of care.
