Responsibilities :
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the progressive care unit (PCU). Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical cases. Administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes.
