Project Admin (Landscape)

Job Description . Generate daily operation plan . Monitor and drive weekly operation planning forecast . Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead . Collaborate with Project & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints. . Work closely with Project team to ensure 100% customer fulfilment. . Coordination with Project team for any ad-hoc job assignments . Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner . To liaise with supploers/ vendor for material & service procurement and prepare PO, quotation
Requirements: . Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling . Ability to multi-task and manage sudden changes in priorities. .
