Job Description

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields).

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Administrator / Project Support.

Strong understanding of processes and documentation within the Project & Engineering Change Management System (PECMS) or similar systems.

Proficient in managing project documents, meeting minutes, tracking action items, and project reporting.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, communicative, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project-related tools.

Relevant certifications in project administration or project management are an added advantage.
