Job Description
Strum is currently looking to expand our Admin team and has an opening in our Halifax office for a Project Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a one- or two-year diploma program in office administration or a minimum of two years previous administrative experience is required.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF-X Change Editor.
- High attention to detail when reviewing and formatting documents.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Possess professional demeanour and communicate with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Flexible and works well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- This is an in-person position at our Halifax office.
