Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Project Administrator III
Position type: Part-time - Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Atlanta, GA
As a Project Administrator III, you will:Handle day of departure ops, screeners. Liaison between Coordinators, planners and any other divisions involved Prepare the operation for the next 1-3 days Ensure screeners and ground handlers are vetted. Communicate Maintenance issues, devise options during IROPs with divisions. Coordinate fuel releases and payments. Assist with any crew issues, check for any missing crew on rotations Create daily performance reports - distributed to Department Complete daily shift turnover reports
