As our next Project Administrator, you will be giving maintenance of the project financial forecast and correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, invoice triggering and payment monitoring.

  • Supports Project Manager with all administrative and financial tasks not requiring decision-making and helps to maintain the project plan
  • Is responsible for collecting information for Project Manager’s decision making
  • Monitors the project schedule (e.g. expiring S-plan milestones) and notifies Project Manager about the need to update schedules
  • Is responsible for requesting additional materials/services after in coordination with the PM or supervisor
  • Is responsible for monitoring and updating cost forecast in SAP with actuals and incoming invoices. Ensures that revenue and cost forecasts are updated monthly, , and that relevant...
