Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Project Administrator provides administrative and organisational support to the Project Director and Project Team to ensure smooth delivery of engineering projects
- This role includes document management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations
- Support the Project Director and project team with day-to‑day administration
- Maintain project filing systems and ensure accurate document control
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word
- Assit with PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and project updates
- Arrange domestic and international travel via approved third‑party providers
- Experience arranging meetings, taking MoP, and coordinating travel
