Project and Continuous Improvement Leader, Supply Chain Operational Excellence

The Project and Continuous Improvement Leader, Supply Chain Operational Excellence will support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Celanese’s Engineered Materials (EM) business.

This role manages a portfolio of cross‑functional projects that enhance end‑to‑end (E2E) supply chain performance, strengthen global S&OP processes, and improve organizational effectiveness.  Will lead a team of project managers and continuous improvement practitioners, support S&OP transformation programs, and help execute key network, footprint, and digital enablement initiatives.

This role requires strong collaboration across regions and functions, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and day‑to‑day execution.
