Job Description
We are looking for a Project‑Based Direct Customer Experience (DCX) Event Manager to lead employees’ engagement events that drive culture and support our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of the DCX Year‑End Party, including strategic planning, F&B and AV production oversight, registration, on‑site troubleshooting, and post‑event reporting, ensuring zero major operational failures and <5% variance from the run‑of‑show.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to achieve a 70% RSVP conversion rate and an employee satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher; coordinate invite segmentation, outreach timing, and vendor KPIs tied to key experience metrics.
- Manage the detailed event budget under the guidance of the E&H Director, track line‑item actuals vs. forecasts, flag overruns, coordinate vendor payments, and ensure final spend is within ±2% of the approved budget with full reconciliation submitted within two w...
