Project Civil Coordinator (NPI)

Responsible for supervising the safe and efficient execution of civil works associated with non-process infrastructure (NPI) packages, including roads, earthworks, drainage, camp infrastructure, buildings, utilities, and site facilities on major mining and minerals developments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil construction activities across NPI work fronts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct hire crews, plant, and materials to achieve project schedule and productivity targets.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project procedures.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE requirements, permits, risk assessments, and site safety systems.
• Conduct daily pre‑starts, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
