Project Control Specialist

Morgner Construction Management is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist III (Cost Analyst) to support one of the largest educational capital improvement programs in Southern California. This position will play a key role in cost management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and project controls for multiple capital construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive experience in construction cost controls, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and executive stakeholders to ensure effective budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
