Our Client
Industrial builder who has been in the Melbourne market for sometime, they specialize in Self storage units, and continue to win repeat work from large reputable clients. Family friendly and a great team environment.
With a solid pipeline of secured work in the $4m–$10m range, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to lead/Assist the delivery of their industrial storage unit projects from early procurement through to final handover.
Your role:
- Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
- Design Management & Coordination (structure, finishes and façade)
- Program Management
- Review shop drawings
- Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
- Will support multiple projects supporting PM/CA/Design Manager
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and clients
