Key Responsibilities
Validate inspectors’ qualifications and ensure timely registration within company systems.Ensure inspectors are fully briefed prior to assignments and adhere to client-specific procedures and instructions.Review inspection reports to verify compliance with required procedures before submission to clients.Interpret and apply contractual terms and conditions to support project execution and compliance.Act as the primary coordination point between clients and inspectors to ensure clear communication and alignment.Monitor inspectors’ schedules, activities, and performance, and maintain accurate documentation for assigned projects.Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for assigned projects, highlighting key variances and risks.Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.Finance and Administrative Responsibilities:
