About the role:
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the capital stage‑gate process in a 1‑year hybrid position based in St. Paul, MN. You will play a critical part in keeping projects moving by serving as a centralized coordination and documentation resource for the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to engineers to gather required inputs and supporting documentation

Complete and updating stage‑gate intake forms and supporting materials

Track project progress through the capital approval process and maintaining accurate status records

Coordinate with stage‑gate and finance teams when scopes, schedules, or budgets change

Ensuring documentation is complete

Follow up on missing information and auditing documentation for accuracy
