Project Coordinator / Manager (ID)

Key Responbilities: Responsible for day-to-day success of project execution and management of the construction process Study all project information and drawings to understand the design and detailing Review all necessary documents required by the project e.g., building guideline, BOQ, method statement etc Establishes project execution plan in conjunction with the Project Manager Close monitoring of daily work activities, with schedule Work closely with Designer, Quantity Surveyor and sub-contractor to ensure on-time delivery of project within budget and with good quality Responsible for achieving goals of quality time and cost Conduct risk management and oversee all HSE checks, reports and incidents Weekly construction meeting with sub-contractor to update site progress and issue Submit weekly progress report and update any site work discrepancy Pre-Construction Stage Attend Project Start-Up Meeting Conduct site visit and develop construction program Prepare information required sched...
