esponsibilities Coordinate E&M works on the project and interface closely with architectural and structural works to meet budget, timeline, and client satisfaction. Ensure contractors comply with regulations from Singapore building authorities and government agencies. Inspect materials and workmanship of construction works. Coordinate all E&M works with subcontractors and Specialist Works Contractors (SWCs). Liaise with Consultants, Design Team, and Construction Team to resolve design and construction issues. Monitor E&M work progress on site to ensure project schedule is met. Review codes, requirements, working drawings, shop drawings, and specifications related to E&M works. Prepare, review, and control RFI (Request for Information) related to E&M works. Support E&M planning and coordination, including sample submissions and drawing approval status.
