We are looking for an Enthusiastic Project Manager / Project Coordinator for one of our clients in UAE. The role will work as a Partner Success working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery and strong customer outcomes. This role is also important in building and improving the overall partner success process.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure partners deliver projects successfully and provide good value to customers.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with teams to keep implementations on track.
• Identify risks early, solve issues quickly, and manage escalations when problems arise.
• Make sure critical issues are handled urgently and communicated to the right people.
