Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and project-related communications.
- Support project teams in ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
- Experience in Good Class Bungalow (GCB) projects is preferred.
