Project Coordinator

Job Description: Review the assigned projects and understand the unique project requirements. Ensure customer requirement can be fulfilled and update in SAP system. Point of contact for customer and sub-contractors. Schedule materials arrival, approval of documents, production/testing, and delivery. Work closely with sub-contractors and inter-departments for the assigned project to ensure planned schedules are met. Ensure all materials are available to launch into the schedule for assembly. Prepare Project Schedule in MS Project and MS Excel for internal and external reporting. Ensure proper closure of the project order before handling over to Shipping Department Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Project Management, Business, Management or related discipline At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management Good work attitude and strong problem solving skill Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Project Management and Excel Knowledge in SAP systems ...
