Title: Project Coordinator - Grant - Rural Health Transformation Project

Reports to: Vice Dean of Academic Affairs & Student Services

Summary :

Serve as Project Coordinator to implement and oversee grant activities, including the operation of a mobile health unit in Cumberland County, New Jersey.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Work with the Project Director to implement the proposed activities in the grant. This includes, but is not limited to, developing goals and operational systems for the mobile unit.
+ Develop training materials on local resources for the Community Health Workers (CHW) and Rural Health Service Corps student members.
