Project Coordinator/Project Manager (HDB)

Preferable experience in HDB/ MCST Condominium Repair & Redecoration Work OR HDB BTO Project

• Project Planning and Management: Manage project milestones and ensure timely completion within budget.

• Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with supervisor, sub-contractors, HDB, and Town Councils. Attend meetings and handle feedback from residents and other parties.

• Quality and Safety Assurance: Ensure compliance with building and safety codes. Verify sub-contractors’ work and claims, ensuring quality standards are met.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes and other documents. Implement cost‑effective plans and ensure safety measures are in place.
