Project Overview

Taweelah C Project is a landmark greenfield development in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, representing one of the region’s most advanced and efficient CCGT power plants. With an installed capacity of approximately 2.6 GW, the project will play a critical role in supporting the UAE’s growing electricity demand while delivering high efficiency and lower emissions through state‑of‑the‑art technology. The project brings together leading international partners with Al Jomaih Energy and Water Co. Ltd. (AEW) and Sembcorp Utilities Pte. Ltd. (Sembcorp) together with TAQA acting as the Project Company. Taweelah C offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high‑profile infrastructure project that will set new benchmarks in performance, reliability, and sustainability in the region’s power sector.
