PROJECT DIRECTOR – REAL ESTATE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the CEO and managing a project team, involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation, and construction till completion.
• Responsible for the successful implementation and completion of the projects under development.
• Ensure that projects are within the allotted budget, planned schedule, and maintain a high level of quality workmanship.
• Knowledgeable in authorities’ approval procedures and work with consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical clearances.

Requirements

• Degree in Building / Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years in residential development project management in Singapore.
