:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Director to join our team! In this role you will get to lead the delivery of one of the largest PPP infrastructure programmes in the UAE.
What You'll Be Doing:
Champion a strong safety culture across all contractors, consultants, and interfaces.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary programme team including project managers, commercial, technical, and HSE leads.
Build a high performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure succession planning and capability development across the programme team.
Oversight and safe delivery of all tunnel, link sewers, terminal pump station and associated works.
Monitor and report on progress, achievement of programme milestones and contractual completion dates, and commissioning schedule.
