Key Responsibilities
Track and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
Maintain accurate, organized project documentation and reports
Support multi-trade coordination using tools like Navisworks
Assist in developing 3D models for coordination and construction sequencing
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and design teams
Participate in meetings, track action items, and support field operations
Help verify deliveries, installed work, and project progress
