Job Description
Project Engineer Responsibilities
Performs and applies quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress, reporting, and change management.
Supports day-to-day execution of water and wastewater construction projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and underground utilities.
Assists with project cost controls, including quantity tracking, pay applications, change management, and forecasting.
Manages and tracks submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and document control.
Reviews drawings, specifications, and contract requirements to support field operations.
Coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
Supports development and maintenance of project schedules and look-ahead planning.
Assists with procurement, subcontract administration, and buyout activities.
