Project Engineer cum Drafter

Position: Permanent

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm

Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 + AWS

Location: Changi & Kranji

• Manage and oversee all M&E works on construction sites, ensuring they are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time.
• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings, ensuring they comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve any technical issues related to M&E installations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, Revit BIM for coordination, as‑built drawings, and construction drawings.
