Job Description
Role Purpose
Produce a complete, accurate, biddable, and buildable set of plans for all the structures in a project, performed with the least possible manpower expenditures.
Key Accountabilities- Monitor sub-contracts after assessing the Trade Contractors’ capability to provide a quantity product as described under sub-contractor selection criteria.
- Responsible for the direct execution of the works in strict compliance with the contract specifications and requirements.
- Supervise the quality inspections and testing required by the quality procedures and supervise the procedures for inspection and testing materials.
- Coordinate between sub-contractors.
- Coordinate and follow up with site engineers and ensure that everyone on site is fully aware of his role in the construction activity.
- Ensure that all established HSE & Quality policies are administered and enforced in all areas.
