Role description

Arcadis is looking for an Environmental Consultant specialized in subsoil remediation for our Environmental Department in Spain.

Accountabilities

The Environmental Consultant will be involved in the complete life cycle of environmental subsoil investigation and remediation projects. The tasks to be performed include:

• Fieldwork such as:
  • Installation, operation and monitoring of remediation systems.
  • Soil and groundwater sampling.
  • Performance of pilot treatability tests.
  • Supervision of drilling execution and monitoring/remediation well installation.
  • Other related tasks according to work plans and Standard Operating Procedures for site investigation and remediation projects throughout Spain & Portugal.
• Office tasks such as:
  • Conceptual design of remedial approaches.
  • Planning and coordination of fieldwork.
